Industrial Machine Operator
In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our production process operating cutting-edge machinery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and helping us deliver the quality our customers depend on. Your attention to detail and dedication will directly contribute to our success.
What You'll Do:
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines with precision and care
- Troubleshoot and solve minor issues to keep things moving
- Keep equipment in tip-top shape with routine cleaning and maintenance
- Check products for quality, because excellence matters here
- Follow safety rules to protect yourself and your teammates
- Keep detailed records to help us track our progress
What We're Looking For:
- Experience operating machinery is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
- You are detail-oriented, reliable, and love solving problems
- Physical stamina to keep up with the demands of the role
- Great communicator and a team player who enjoys working with others
