This role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations and serves as a key point of contact for employees, helping foster a positive workplace culture while supporting HR initiatives aligned with company goals.GENERAL DESCRIPTION• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding process.• Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related activities as requested by the Director of HR.• Provide customer service support by addressing employee inquiries and requests.• Complete and maintain Form I-9 documentation and records.• Manage HR documentation, including photocopying, mailing, scanning, filing, and preparing employee correspondence.• Prepare new hire files, process mail, and maintain organized employee records in the HRIS.• Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee questions.• Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with training and development initiatives.• Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as offer letters and policy acknowledgments.• Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement programs.• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace policies, and reporting requirements.• Support HR projects, including employee recognition, wellness initiatives, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) efforts.• Generate HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS• 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.• Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.• Problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-service-oriented mindset.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (preferred).The JobSquad Solutions Team is made up of experts around the country.
