Job Description Job Description The Bilingual Recruiting Admin provides essential support to a medium-sized recruiting team by managing various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication in multiple languages, and the ability to coordinate candidates and schedules efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate candidate communication and logistics throughout the recruitment process Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates Schedule interviews for candidates and recruiting team members Support onboarding processes for new hires Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders Keep recruiting databases up to date and organized Prepare necessary documents related to recruitment and onboarding Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in recruiting administration #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill Associates - Charlotte
