Mopec is currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our HR team. The Human Resources Generalist will work as part of the human resources team supporting the HR director and all plant associates. The HR Generalist will be responsible for entering payroll data, maintaining attendance, assisting with legal compliance, onboarding, scheduling interviews, employee engagement and satisfaction, and providing support to all associates. The HR Generalist will help facilitate company events, training, and employee engagement. This is an on-site position and physical presence on the job is required at our Madison Heights, MI office.
