Human Resources Generalist

KIPP New Orleans

KIPP New Orleans Schools is seeking an on-site HR Generalist to manage onboarding, offboarding, HRIS stewardship, and payroll data integrity across our network. You will ensure accurate records, timely activations, and compliance with I-9, FERPA, HIPAA, and related regulations. The role emphasizes collaboration with school teams to keep employment data clean and up-to-date. This in-person position requires daily presence at the KNOS regional office and partner schools, driving consistent #J-18808-Ljbffr
