Administrative Processing Specialist

Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Processing Specialist for a growing client in Raleigh, NC. This role will support daily business operations through order entry, customer account administration, invoicing, and general office support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced working within an ERP environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders within the ERP system.
  • Maintain customer portals, including pricing updates, product information, and order-related data.
  • Research and resolve customer disputes, discrepancies, and order issues in a timely manner.
  • Generate and distribute daily invoices to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with customer service, sales, and operations teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and distribute correspondence appropriately.
  • Prepare and process check deposits while maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with administrative projects, data entry, and general office support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in order entry, customer service, administrative support, or sales support.
  • Experience working within an ERP system; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
