Web Customer Support Analyst Client: Florida Department of Health Work Location: T allahassee, FL (Hybrid/Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Web Customer Support Analyst to support the management and maintenance of public-facing websites and SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for publishing web content, maintaining SharePoint sites, ensuring accessibility compliance, troubleshooting website issues, and supporting internal users while improving the overall user experience. Responsibilities Publish and maintain website content using content management systems (CMS). Review and format web content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards. Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and security groups. Troubleshoot website and SharePoint functionality issues and recommend improvements. Conduct regular website content audits and maintain page inventories. Ensure all digital content complies with ADA/Section 508 accessibility standards. Collaborate with communications, IT, and business teams to support web initiatives. Develop strategies to improve website usability, user experience, and traffic metrics. Support urgent website updates and content publishing requests. Maintain compliance with organizational data security and confidentiality policies. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and web content publishing. Minimum 3 years of experience with:

and CSS3 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Planning and coordinating work assignments Evaluating website functionality and usability Required Skills Content Management Systems (CMS) SharePoint Online/SharePoint Administration HTML5 CSS3 Website Content Management Web Accessibility (ADA/Section 508) Microsoft Office Suite Website Quality Assurance User Experience (UX) Best Practices Content Governance Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting government or public sector web environments. Experience with SharePoint site administration and permissions management. Knowledge of web accessibility standards and digital content governance. Strong written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to time-sensitive requests.
