Wellness Coordinator - Must have caregiving and med tech experience!

Job Details Job Location: NV - Arbors Memory Care - Sparks, NV 89434 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $21.00 Hourly Job Shift: Any Responsibilities Provides direct care support by performing caregiving and med tech duties to meet staffing plan requirements. Manages the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians, and third‑party providers. Cover open shifts as needed, assisting residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene. Communicates with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relates information concerning resident’s condition and maintains written records and documentation as required. Maintains communication with residents, their families, and support personnel to assure that residents’ needs are continually met. Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and kind, with a heart for working with senior adults. Creativity, flexibility, time‑management skills, and a knowledge base of the geriatric population who may have complex medical needs. The ability to provide health‑services training to other employees of the community and to oversee the medication‑administration program. Experience working with similar age demographics and experience in clinical oversight in a setting such as ours is preferred. Proficient in English.
