This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from various locations. Utilizing our state-of-the-art telehealth platform, you will connect with clients through secure video sessions, phone calls, and secure messaging. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, challenges, and emotional commitments during initial consultations.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic plans that align with clients’ specific needs and treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, to guide therapy sessions effectively.

• Regularly evaluate and modify treatment strategies to enhance client engagement and progress towards recovery.

• Facilitate discussions around treatment objectives, progress feedback, and any adjustments needed in therapy.

• Provide educational resources and coping strategies to foster self-reflection and promote healthy relationships.

• Maintain accurate documentation and billing to reflect the client progress and therapy outcomes.

• Actively engage in team meetings, case consultations, and continued professional development activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. With our telehealth services, you will support individuals across various backgrounds and, at times, engage with families to address systemic issues affecting mental health. Your work will significantly influence clients’ quality of life and mental well-being, making a direct impact in your community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current LPC licensure in Pennsylvania with the ability to practice independently.

• A commitment to providing culturally competent and ethical care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience providing telehealth services, particularly in a remote counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to new team members. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
