Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will encompass a variety of therapeutic practices, including:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations for individuals, couples, and families to determine their therapeutic needs.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples while also working with each partner individually to address relationship dynamics.
\n
• Specializing in case work that includes resolving issues related to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, separation and divorce adjustments, and blended families.
\n
• Developing customized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to specific family dynamics.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans using electronic health records.
\n
• Engaging in continuous professional development through training and participation in clinical discussions and team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of a diverse array of individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues.
\n
• Experiences of physical or psychological abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss related to family members or significant relationships.
\n
• Conflicts between family members, including siblings and parent-child relationships.
\n
• Stress related to job transitions and medical issues.
\n
• Adjustment challenges facing blended families.
\n
• Communication barriers within familial structures.
\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Colorado.
\n
• A strong commitment to ethical clinical practice and a passion for patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
