Craft Tailored Treatment Programs: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy plans to help them reach their functional goals.

Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive, holistic care.

Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families on therapy techniques that support ongoing recovery at home.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their path to success.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.

Continued education and post-graduate credentials are encouraged and supported.

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.

NBCOT certification mandatory.
