The People Concern
The People Concern in Los Angeles is seeking a Case Manager for the 1603- Housing Retention program, reporting to the Program Manager. This 100% onsite role is based at Pico Square, Los Angeles, CA 90019, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule. It is a full-time, non-exempt position in Permanent Housing. The Case Manager will support clients facing homelessness by coordinating housing placement and retention efforts, collaborating with DMH and DHS, and applying harm-reduction and #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
