Payroll Specialist

Are you a seasoned payroll professional looking to join a great organization? Do you have at least five years of payroll experience and experience using Paycom software? We are looking for a payroll professional for a direct hire job opportunity in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive payroll experience, Paycom software experience, and be able to thrive in a team-oriented group. Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule using Paycom . Calculate wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions in compliance with federal and state regulations. Verify time and attendance records, resolve discrepancies, and handle payroll adjustments. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies. Prepare payroll-related reports, including reconciliations and tax filings. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and deductions. Qualifications Proven experience as a Payroll Accountant or similar role. Proficiency in Paycom software is required. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
