Vice President of Commercial - High Growth Fashion Brand

Mode Executive is proud to be partnering with a modern luxury fashion brand seeking a Vice President of Commercial to lead the full commercial function and drive the next phase of growth. This is an exceptional opportunity based in New York to join a fast-growing, founder-led luxury brand at a pivotal stage in its evolution. E-commerce will be the core growth engine and central focus of the role, alongside an established wholesale business, the forthcoming opening of a flagship store and the development of a new private client programme. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, this highly influential leadership role will take full ownership of the brand’s commercial performance across e-commerce, retail, VIC and wholesale. The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing commercial team, working closely with the Founder and wider leadership team to define and execute the long-term commercial strategy. The Role Own and drive the e-commerce strategy across acquisition, retention, conversion and revenue Lead CRM, loyalty, lifecycle marketing and customer experience Partner with brand and merchandising on commercial planning, reporting and KPIs Lead the opening and commercial performance of the Soho flagship Own retail P&L, sales performance, staffing and future expansion Build and launch the VIC programme and private client strategy Manage existing wholesale partnerships and develop future growth opportunities Build and lead teams across e-commerce, retail, VIC and customer service Own overall commercial performance and contribute to company-wide strategy Requirements Strong commercial experience within premium or luxury fashion in a eCommerce leadership capacity Experience across e-commerce and digital in a high growth retail brand Proven ability to drive digital growth, acquisition, conversion and retention Strong analytical and commercial capabilities with a data-led approach Experience building and leading high-performing teams Entrepreneurial, hands-on and comfortable building functions from the ground up Digital native with an understanding of AI and commercial efficiencies Strong business acumen and confident decision-making skills Collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Mode Executive
