Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist to support customer onboarding, retention, and satisfaction. You'll build strong relationships with customers, answer questions, and help ensure they get the most value from our products or services.

Responsibilities

• Support new customer onboarding and setup
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor customer usage and proactively address concerns
• Support renewal and retention efforts
• Gather customer feedback to inform product or service improvements
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
• Collaborate with sales and support teams on customer needs

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent customer service experience
• 0-2 years of experience in customer success, support, or account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with CRM software
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
