We're a construction company with an exciting new opportunity for an Accounts Payable Manager. The Accounts Payable Manager will join a very experienced team and be responsible for managing the processing of high-volume vendor payable invoices, including expense reports, and vendor maintenance. Candidates with project accounting experience are highly encouraged to apply. The Accounts Payable Manager ideally will have experience supervising a team and have experience in process improvement and implementing policies and procedures. The Accounts Payable Manager will report to the Controller and will be responsible for the following duties:

-Process high-volume invoices including coding, matching, and batching, check and ACH

disbursements

• Manage the System for all payables including process improvement and policy review

• Process invoices for multi-entities

• Manage the sales & uses tax processing

-Training and lead Accounts Payable staff

• Set-up new vendors within ERP System

-Process credit card reconciliations, EFTs & ACHs

-Assist with processing 1099s and W9s

-Resolve discrepancies with payments and vendor inquires

-Track monthly accruals and variance xhyhwjd in vendor payments

Requirements:

5 + years' experience managing accounts payable departments

Experience in the Sage 300 and Concur is highly preferred

BS/BA degree is preferred

Proficient in MS Excel
