ServiceNow Business Analyst

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a ServiceNow Business Analyst. Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2) Duration: 12 Months Contract w/ extension Location: Charlotte, NC / Irving, TX (Hybrid)

As a ServiceNow BA, you will:

• Serve as a liaison between Technology Controls stakeholders and ServiceNow engineering teams
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Create and manage Jira user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
• Assist with release planning and deployment readiness
• Maintain documentation including process flows, use cases, and traceability matrices
• Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform (workflows, modules, data structures)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience with Jira (user stories, backlog management)
• Exposure to GRC / IRM / risk or compliance domains
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments

Pay Range*: $48-52 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
