Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to set up, run, and optimize paid search and ads from the ground up including Google Ads, LinkedIn paid campaigns, YouTube, X, Reddit. You'll own the full loop: building the campaign, building the landing page it points to, and reporting exactly how it performed. This is a builder's role for someone who wants full control over their channel and takes real pride in the accuracy of their numbers. What You'll Do Personally set up, manage, and optimize all performance marketing campaigns — no outsourcing the execution Build landing pages, forms, and other digital campaign assets independently, without relying on design or dev resources to get a campaign live Report on campaign performance and results with precision — clean tracking, accurate attribution, and numbers leadership can trust Partner with the content lead to translate company messaging into paid campaigns that convert, tailored across our core customer segments Use HubSpot (or an equivalent platform) to build landing pages, campaign templates, and performance dashboards Continuously test creative, keywords, bidding strategy, and landing page variants to improve conversion efficiency and lower cost per lead Manage the performance marketing budget against CAC, ROAS, and lead-conversion targets Present clear, regular performance updates to marketing and executive leadership 5+ years of experience running performance marketing campaigns hands-on, including setup, bidding, and optimization Proven ability to work independently — comfortable owning a channel end to end without a large supporting team Hands-on experience building landing pages and campaign assets in HubSpot or a comparable marketing platform Meticulous approach to reporting: strong instincts for tracking, attribution, and presenting results clearly and accurately Experience collaborating with content or creative partners to turn messaging into high-converting campaigns Track record driving lead conversion across multiple customer segments or verticals Strong analytical skills paired with genuine creative judgment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Experience marketing to buyers in healthcare, fintech, or eCommerce Familiarity with agentic AI, identity verification, fraud, trust & safety, or compliance-driven markets Experience at an early- or growth-stage B2B SaaS company Equity compensation Remote-first environment Flexible PTO and 11+ annual company holidays 401k Medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness benefits (EAP, LifeHealth Online, One Medical, Perkpot) Paid parental leave Pay scale: $180k-$200k OTE Vouched is an equal opportunity employer.
