Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and, when necessary, diagnose mental health conditions using standardized tools such as the DSM-5 to formulate individualized treatment plans that honor the cultural and personal diversity of our patient population.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress through evidence-based interventions, adjusting care strategies to promote mental health recovery and resilience.

• Accurately document treatment plans, clinical notes, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best clinical practices.

• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to develop actionable treatment objectives that foster engagement and commitment to care.

• Facilitate care coordination by establishing strong links with other mental health practitioners and community resources to provide comprehensive patient care.

• Mentor and train clinical interns, residents, and volunteers, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the organization.

• Participate in peer-to-peer review sessions, clinical supervision, and contribute to chart audits to enhance team collaboration and care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve a diverse clientele in the Sacramento area, focusing on individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will be responsible for developing culturally sensitive care plans that appropriately address the unique needs and backgrounds of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of California.

• Strong ability to engage with patients and provide emotional support through active listening and empathy.

• A demonstrated capacity for mobility and physical tasks such as standing, walking, and managing light lifting (up to 25 pounds).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and USD 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
