This role involves managing inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. The Scheduler acts as a liaison between clients and the pharmacy, ensuring that all needs are met promptly and efficiently.DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about pharmacy services.Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients, patients, and pharmacy staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.Manage and resolve any client or patient concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy services, policies, and procedures to effectively assist clients and patients.Ensure all client and patient interactions are documented accurately in the system for future reference and follow-up.Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure client and patient needs are met, including prescription refills, medication delivery, and other services.Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance the client and patient experience.Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and best practices in customer service and pharmacy operations.QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
