Temporary Research Assistant

Position Summary The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology seeks a temporary research assistant to support clinical and translational research in women’s minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Responsibilities include: assisting with study screening, recruitment, and informed consent; collecting, entering, and managing study data; supporting data analysis and the preparation of figures, abstracts, and manuscripts; assisting with IRB submissions and regulatory documentation; and coordinating with the clinical research team. The position may involve contact with patients, medical records, and research specimens. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Management Preferences Demonstrated research experience such as literature review, data collection and analysis, or abstract and manuscript preparation. Strong organizational and written-communication skills. Familiarity with human-subjects research, patient interaction, or data management. Medical student.
