Lot Coordinator

Are you organized, proactive, and ready to take charge of the lot? Truck Country, one of the nation's largest Freightliner dealers, is looking for a Lot Coordinator to join our team!


This full-time, first-shift role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, keeping things in order, and supporting a busy dealership. You'll be the go-to person for managing vehicle movement, driver coordination, and keeping the lot clean and organized.


What You'll Do:

• Safely transport tractors and trailers to, from, and around the dealership
• Coordinate driver schedules and shuttle team operations
• Clean and de-identify vehicles as needed
• Ensure all vehicles are tagged, photographed, and prepped for delivery or pickup
• Maintain a clean, organized lot and conduct weekly lot checks
• Monitor vehicle intake, including inspecting new and traded inventory
• Support a positive work environment and uphold dealership standards

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in vehicle coordination, logistics, or a similar role a plus
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Basic computer skills (familiarity with Excel and time tracking preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and a "get it done" attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
• Class A CDL is a big plus but not required
