The successful candidate will be the key partner to the Principal, overseeing a team of assistants and ensuring seamless coordination in all aspects of the Principal's day-to-day life. This role demands a professional with a combination of high-level oversight, operational rigor, and strong people management skills, who can bring a polished and proactive approach to the position. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include managing a team of Executive and Personal Assistants, acting as a central point of coordination for personal, household, and administrative functions, and driving operational improvements. The role also involves maintaining visibility into the Principal's scheduling, travel, and key priorities, and partnering with household staff and external vendors to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting high-profile individuals, be highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
