This position plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of the branch by providing accounting assistance, accounts payable support, and project financial reporting for multiple departments. For more information, visit: Responsibilities Provide accounting and administrative support to the Geospatial division. Process and manage accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with project financial reporting, billing support, and cost tracking. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Support multiple departments with financial and administrative needs. Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, agency representatives, and internal staff. Assist with special projects and other accounting-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Prior accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable experience preferred. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
