Billing Clerk Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring billing accuracy, processing vendor invoices, generating customer invoices, and resolving discrepancies. The Billing Administrator will collaborate closely with vendors, sales teams, and accounting to maintain smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices through TurboPro and generate corresponding customer invoices. Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies. Partner with the sales team to confirm purchase orders and sales pricing. Respond to accounting inquiries related to invoicing in a timely manner. Manage invoices requiring credits, including placing holds, following up with vendors, and routing to the correct team members. Responsible for monitoring the general email mailbox for Bartos and routing the emails/documents to the appropriate team members Send finalized credits and related invoices to the accounting team for processing. Use critical thinking to prioritize tasks and resolve issues effectively. Qualifications At least 2 years of administrative or office experience required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration skills with both internal teams and external vendors. Ability to type at least 60 WPM.
