Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Allentown, PA in their search for an Customer Service Representative!

Customer Service Representative Job Details

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Starting ~ $40k includes base + commission
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location: Allentown, PA

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Proactively connect with prospective customers through outbound calls
Schedule qualified meetings with both SME and Enterprise organizations
Identify key decision-makers and gather valuable insights about target accounts
Initiate consultative discussions on how solutions can drive business growth
Deliver a consistently professional and positive experience in every interaction

Customer Service Representative Requirements

Confident and engaging communicators who enjoy building relationships
Strong organizational and time management abilities
A motivated, self-starting attitude with a drive to achieve results
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and various online tools
Sales experience is a plus—but not required; full training and ongoing support are provided
