Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy with clients suffering from severe emotional disorders or major mental illnesses.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared treatment goals and enhance service delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based practices for performing assessments, screenings, and creating individualized care plans tailored to client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and management, including de-escalation techniques and support for clients in acute distress.

• Monitor clients’ progress regularly, ensuring timely updates to care plans based on their evolving needs and outcomes.

• Engage with community resources and services to enhance client care and provide comprehensive support.

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and standards of practice, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

• Complete necessary documentation and reports in a timely manner to comply with agency requirements.

• Be available for on-call coverage during assigned hours to support urgent client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on working with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other serious emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
