Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized psychotherapy sessions through video and phone calls, using clinical expertise to navigate complex emotional and mental health challenges faced by clients.

• Utilize a variety of standardized psychological assessments to assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans based on the specific needs and concerns of clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to promote healing and recovery.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, including conducting comprehensive suicide risk assessments and facilitating appropriate hospitalizations as warranted.

• Actively collaborate with other health care professionals, including psychiatric specialists and medical providers, to create coordinated and holistic care strategies for clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatments, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Contribute to the development and review of clinical policies and procedures, enhancing the efficiency and quality of our services.

• Participate in ongoing staff meetings, professional training sessions, and learning opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n
