Reference: 629784Posted: 2026-08-03Location: New York City, New YorkCompany: Planet Pharma GroupContact: ApplicationsEmail: View email address on click.appcast.io ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.Own product roadmaps and lifecycle management activities, from concept and development through commercialization and post-market support.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure successful product delivery.Translate customer, market, and stakeholder insights into actionable product requirements and strategic initiatives.Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.Lead cross-functional decision-making and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.Build business cases, prioritize investments, and define product portfolio strategies.Support global product launches and commercialization activities.Drive continuous improvement of product management processes, tools, and best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.10+ years of progressive product management experience within the medical device, healthcare technology, or regulated product development industries.Current or recent experience leading product strategy and roadmap development at a senior management, associate director, director, or equivalent level.Proven success bringing complex products from concept through commercialization.Strong understanding of regulated product development environments.Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with connected medical devices, digital health technologies, software-enabled products, or healthcare platforms.Experience supporting global markets and product launches.Advanced degree and/or MBA.Track record of introducing new products, features, or capabilities that drove measurable business impact.Experience working within Class II or Class III regulated product environments.
