Director, Global Commercial Strategy, Precision Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Global Commercial Strategy for Precision Medicine to support the design and execution of commercial strategies across precision medicine-enabled therapies. This role partners across R&D, commercial, and regional teams to inform strategy, shape market readiness, and drive adoption of precision medicine treatments.
Responsibilities
- Shape asset strategy and portfolio decisions using precision medicine market intelligence and regional insights
- Enable market conditions required for precision medicine-enabled assets to achieve commercial potential
- Oversee diagnostic partnerships with testing laboratories and manufacturers, coordinating governance and partner education
- Collaborate with Global Brand Teams, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and R&D to implement commercial PM strategy
- Monitor competitive landscape and anticipate challenges in precision medicine-enabled asset commercialization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field preferred
- 8-10 years of progressive commercial roles in diagnostics, lab, or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with precision medicine in oncology preferred
- Ability to champion commercial input on new biomarkers and assess diagnostic testing landscape
- Strong executive presence, leadership skills, and ability to work in matrixed environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex technical information
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
