As a Litigation Paralegal, you'll play a key role in managing civil litigation cases from start to finish. You'll work closely with attorneys to keep cases moving forward smoothly by preparing legal documents, conducting discovery, and assisting at trial. Your work will help shape successful outcomes for clients and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace. What You'll Do As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for Managing discovery processes including intake, motions, document requests, and follow-up on deficiencies Drafting motions for summary judgment and simple pleadings to keep litigated matters progressing Preparing for trial by working on jury instructions, exhibits, deposition summaries, and witness contact & credentialing Assisting with case management and organization, ensuring all deadlines and documentation are met Taking on additional duties as assigned to support attorneys in a dynamic legal environment What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting Paralegal certificate preferred Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of civil litigation Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude Why Join Us in St. Charles?
