About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Sales Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for customers, dealers, and field sales personnel. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers find solutions, building strong relationships, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

This is not a traditional sales role. The primary focus is providing exceptional customer support, application guidance, order management, and product recommendations for forklift and material handling attachments.

Responsibilities

• 
  Respond to customer, dealer, and field sales inquiries via phone and email
  
  



• 
  Assist customers in identifying the best attachment or product solution based on their application and operational needs
  
  



• 
  Provide product information, recommendations, and quotations
  
  



• 
  Process customer orders and verify order accuracy
  
  



• 
  Coordinate with manufacturing and internal departments to support delivery timelines and customer expectations
  
  



• 
  Communicate order status, shipment updates, and delivery information
  
  



• 
  Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
  
  



• 
  Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to products, orders, or attachments
  
  



• 
  Support Territory Managers and customers throughout the sales cycle
  
  



• 
  Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  2+ years of customer service, customer support, inside sales, sales support, or related experience
  
  



• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  



• 
  Strong relationship-building skills with customers and business partners
  
  



• 
  Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  
  



• 
  Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  
  



• 
  Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  
  



• 
  Strong organizational and time management skills
  
  

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:

  Material handling

  Forklift dealerships

  Industrial manufacturing

  Equipment distribution

  Industrial products

  Parts or service support
  
  

Additional preferred qualifications:

• 
  Familiarity with forklifts, lift truck systems, or material handling equipment
  
  



• 
  Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  
  



• 
  Spanish fluency is a plus
