Job Summary Surgical Technologist I – 40 hr rotating shift at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. The role offers a sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000. The surgical technologist plays a pivotal role in the operating room, preparing and maintaining the OR environment and assisting with peri‑operative patient care. The incumbent works closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure smooth, efficient operation of the OR. The position requires strong sterile technique and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
