Senior Executive Assistant

Administrative AssistantPerforms diversified administrative duties as required by supervisor. Provides secretarial support to President and CEO, COO, Board of Directors and Medical Staff. Adheres to all departmental and organizational policies and procedures and Service Excellence Standards. Demonstrate the ability to organize time to workload to accomplish tasks for the shift. Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision. Displays commitment to finding solutions to problems. Basic and advanced office skills. Five years plus previous experience. Advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer software appropriate to position. Ability to incorporate creativity and critical thinking skills as required for the processing, planning, and completion of duties. High School Diploma or equivalent.
