Ozarks Healthcare is seeking an experienced, highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to our executive leadership team, Board of Directors and Medical Staff. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, protects confidential information, anticipates needs and takes pride in keeping leaders organized and successful.
The Ideal candidate will be someone who can:
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Communicate effectively with executives, physicians and staff
Multitask projects, meetings and priorities moving forward
The Ideal candidate will be someone with the following background:
5+ years Experience with Executive Level Support
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex schedules independently
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
