Audience Surveyor, SummerStage, Citywide

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking individuals to assist in administering surveys during free SummerStage performances in the five boroughs. Surveyors will be paid $17/hour, plus $2 for each survey collected beyond 15 surveys. Performances usually run for 2 hours. The daily quota per surveyor is 25, so the expected income per event is $50, but can be higher if surveyors surpass the quota.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete a minimum of 25 surveys though audience intercept (approach audience members and ask them to complete). There is no maximum amount. Surveyors will be paid the bonus for every survey completed beyond 15. Distribute any perks that may be offered as incentives for participating in surveys Ensure that all surveys are properly labeled with date, park, artist details, and surveyor information Enter any paper surveys into digital collection system Return all completed surveys to Site Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS

At City Parks Foundation (CPF), we are dedicated to invigorating and transforming New York City parks into dynamic, vibrant centers of urban life through arts, environmental education, sports, and community building programs for all New Yorkers.
