Responsible for leading production support operations, incident response management, root cause analysis, SLA compliance, application monitoring, and operational support for Appian enterprise systems.

Oversees support resources and coordinates issue resolution activities.

Suggested Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  
• 15+ years overall IT experience
  
• 5+ years Appian experience
  
• 5+ years managing software development/support projects
  
• Strong SQL experience
  
• Appian L3 certification strongly preferred
