Accounting Clerk Location: Onsite - Delaware, OH Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually About the Role: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team. This position reports directly to the CFO and plays a key role in supporting general accounting and bookkeeping functions. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have strong organizational skills, this is an excellent opportunity. Responsibilities: * Prepare and submit customer invoices * Receive, code, and post payments * Perform account, bank, and other reconciliations * Monitor customer accounts for non-payment or delays * Verify and process vendor invoices * Sort, code, and enter AP data * Analyze discrepancies and resolve unpaid invoices * Maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and financial records * Assist with employee expense reports Skills & Qualifications: * Experience with MS Office and QuickBooks * Knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting procedures * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
