Breakfast Cook - Crowne Plaza Hotel

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team as a Breakfast Chef. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing quality dishes, supporting the kitchen team, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities: Opening the line for daily service, mainly Breakfast and Lunch Prepare all menu items in accordance with established SOPs, and adhere to portion guidelines and presentation standards Maintain and execute all preparation requirements for the day Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and served promptly Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, adhering to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cleaning schedules Assist with catering events and special food preparation as needed Preferred Experience & Skills: Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef is required, 2 years minimum Solid knowledge of related cooking techniques and proficiency in knife skills Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment, in a solo capacity and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Effective time management and multitasking abilities Job Types: Full-time, Part-time 8-hour shifts, AM shift Pay & Benefits: Starting at $20.00 per hour 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid sick leave Referral program We are proud to be an inclusive employer.
