We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team as Line Chef. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing quality dishes, supporting the kitchen team, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Assist the Executive chef in organizing daily prep lists and keeping banquet team on task Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards Ensure food quality and presentation meets the hotel's standards Supervise and train kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques Execute functions of varying size & type, often multiple at the same time Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service Qualifications Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques with 5 years experience managing a kitchen team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes Effective communication and leadership skills Ability to work well as part of a team Previous experience in a hotel setting is a plus Job Types Full-time Pay Starting at $22.00 ++ per hour Benefits 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid sick leave Referral program Work Schedule 8-hour shifts Evening shifts Night shift availability is required EEO Statement We are proud to be an inclusive employer.
