Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs thoroughly, employing tools like standardized questionnaires and clinical interviews.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches, integrating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting styles and interventions to suit the particular dynamics and challenges faced by clients.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and other professionals to coordinate care and address client needs holistically, attending regular virtual team meetings to discuss cases and strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis management protocols to assist clients in acute distress or emergency situations.

Qualifications\n
