What You Need to Bring: At least two (2) years of inside solar sales experience (required). Ability to work onsite at our El Cajon, CA location. Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage inbound leads and create outbound opportunities. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
