Examples being: EMR's, Restorative Care, Food Intake records, behavior notes and other written documents.Protect and maintain all work areas in accordance with facility safety policies.Perform daily tasks in accordance with infection control and standard precaution policies and procedures.Ambulate residents in accordance with individual plans of care.Prepare, assist and transport residents to and from meals, activities and therapy sessions.Assist, supervise and feed residents at meal time.Bathe residents in accordance with plans of care.Assist residents with dressing and undressing.Combs hair, shaves and applies appropriate appliances for residents.Perform and assist with passive, active ROM exercises, and Restorative ProgramsPasses fresh ice and water, extra fluids and AM or HS nourishments.Takes and records weight, temperatures, fluid intake and output, vital signs and other pertinent data.Checks that bed pans, urinals, and collection hats are stored according to facility policies.Requirements for a Resident Transportation CNA:Must be at least 21 years old. STNA Certification required.
