Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop effective treatment plans that align with clients’ goals for overcoming challenges related to substance abuse and mental health.

• Facilitate clear communication with clients’ support networks, strengthening relationships and creating a holistic support system for recovery.

• Document all therapy sessions, assessments, and related activities in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems as required.

• Engage in case reviews and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing substance abuse issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other related mental health conditions. Your expertise will guide individuals, couples, and families in developing coping strategies to manage life transitions, such as divorce, unemployment, or other significant stressors. Your ability to assess client needs and advocate for community resources will play a crucial role in enhancing their overall well-being and support network.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) that is not under suspension or probation.
