Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health through structured interviews and evidence-based methods.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, needs, and circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to address a plethora of psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening intimacy.

• Continuously review and modify treatment plans based on clients' progress and emerging needs to ensure the efficacy of therapeutic interventions.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with the standards set forth for electronic health records.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers when necessary for holistic client care.

• Be attentive to crisis situations, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress.

• Engage in professional development through training and education initiatives to remain updated on the latest techniques and therapeutic best practices.

• Demonstrate strong ethical standards by safeguarding client confidentiality and adhering to all legal and professional guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist recognized by the State Board.
