Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional well-being through structured interviews and standardized tools to gather vital information.

• Evaluate clients’ unique needs, underlying issues, and personal goals to formulate meaningful and individualized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients of varying ages, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering stronger, healthier relationships.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans as necessary, monitoring clients' progress and adapting approaches based on evolving needs and feedback.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care to clients.

• Effectively communicate with clients and their families, providing support and consensus on treatment paths and strategies.

• Be adept at crisis intervention, managing acute distress situations with appropriate interventions to assist clients in need.

• Continuously engage in professional development, attending training, workshops, and conferences to stay current with the latest research and methodologies in marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
