This role is set within an outpatient office environment, allowing for a blend of in-person and remote therapeutic services. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing you with a balanced work-life structure. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose and understand clients' conditions, ensuring an individualized treatment approach.

  • Maintain documentation and ongoing assessments of client progress, including developing treatment plans and case notes, in compliance with clinic standards.

  • Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing a range of therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

  • Deliver exceptional service delivery by engaging clients in creative therapeutic interventions that catalyze goal achievement.

  • Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic support for clients.

  • Participate in regular case consultation meetings, providing and receiving feedback to enhance treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on clients who are navigating complex family dynamics, mental health challenges, and transitional issues associated with correctional systems. You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, many of whom may be dealing with histories of trauma and addiction. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their mental well-being and relational stability.

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required for this position.

  • Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
