About the role We are looking for a detail oriented person to handle all E-commerce orders that drop thru our system. We are a Accessory Distributor for General Motors and Ford Motor company. We ship daily to dealerships and consumers. What you'll do Processor is responsible for accurately reviewing, processing, printing and following through on customers orders from start to finish Seeking candidates with computer proficiency and who have a familiarity with online retail platforms, order processing, and attention to detail will thrive in this position Process orders from our online store into our accounting system Review each order for accuracy, ensuring no address, payment, or product errors Prepare all orders for shipment Answer customer service related phone calls and respond to email requests Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. NetSuite experience a BONUS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English. Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task. Ability to describe products accurately and thoroughly. Ability to learn and understand new computer programs quickly.Ability to self-manage.
