Shift/Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00AM to 4:30PM, Friday - Overtime
Pay Rate: $20/hr - $28/hr (depending on experience)
Location: Dayton, Ohio 45440
Experience: 3-5 Years of CNC experience preferred, specifically CNC Lathe

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Setup & Operation: Determine requirements from setup sheets and operate machines on first-piece runs to verify accuracy.
- Technical Execution: Study blueprints and sketches to determine dimensions and tolerances.
- Tooling & Materials: Select, align, and secure fixtures and cutting tools; load/unload raw materials (up to 50 lbs.).
- Quality Control: Use micrometers, height gages, and gage blocks to verify work.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with engineers and team leaders to resolve machining issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of CNC Lathe machining experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with GD&T and G&M codes.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift between 10–50 lbs.
- Reliability: A quality-oriented mindset with an excellent attendance record.
