As a CSR, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience from start to finish — providing exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and supporting our veterinary team. Whether you're greeting a nervous new puppy parent or helping schedule a pet's wellness check, your compassion and communication skills make all the difference.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, is highly organized, and enjoys connecting with both people and pets.

This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Tuesday-Friday.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• 1+ years of client service experience
• Previous veterinary experience is highly desired

North Phoenix Animal Clinic is a small animal, two-doctor practice offering a wide range of services to the local community. From wellness care and dentistry to surgery and diagnostics, our clinic sees a variety of cases each day. We’re equipped with digital radiographs, dental x-rays, IDEXX in-house lab equipment, ultrasound, and cold laser therapy. Records are fully digital using Pulse software.
